Our Guarantee
 

If, within a period of three months of our Client having employed our recommended Candidate, the Candidate tenders his/her resignation, then TransAuto Recruitment will endeavor to replace the Candidate with a suitable substitute at no additional charge to the Client.

Under R100 000 15% 90 days
R100 001 to R300 000 17.5% 90 days
R300 001 to R500 000 20% 90 days
R500 001 and above 22.5% nil
 
Fleet Management
At TransAuto Recruitment we understand the art and science of fleet management. Our extensive experience in this field allows us to determine whether applicants understand the lifecycle of fleet management. We will look for an understanding of the Total Cost of Operations (TCO’s) as well as whether the applicant has practical hands- on experience in managing a fleet. We will test to see what level of training and education applicants have had – be it a formally accredited qualification through a registered institution like the University of Johannesburg or Unisa, or course based. Knowledge of the elements of vehicle selection, sourcing and acquisition, maintenance, replacement planning , and vehicle disposal are required and will be looked for in prospective candidates. Fleet management of commercial vehicle fleets is a specialised discipline and requires various additional skills and knowledge which applicants should have and be able to display.
 


At TransAuto Recruitment we know what fleet management knowledge and experience prospective applicants should have and as such can sort out ideal candidates for our clients very quickly, thus shortening the recruitment cycle. In the event that we find a potential candidate with all the right attributes but insufficient training, we can assist in this area as well.
